1. Data controller
Haugaland Næringspark is the data controller for the processing of personal data.

2. Purpose of the processing
Haugaland Næringspark processes personal data to administer and follow up on stakeholders, partners and others who have a relationship with the business.
In connection with events, we process personal data for the following purposes:
– Event administration, including handling registrations
– Sending practical information and necessary communication
– Publication and sharing of participant lists (only names and company names / organizations) with other participants. To facilitate networking between participants.
– Storage of registration lists, participant history and contact information
– Sending information about new and similar events
– General communication and follow-up of dialogue
– Documentation and marketing using photos and videos taken during events
3. Legal basis
Haugaland Næringspark processes personal data based on the following legal basis:
– Agreement (GDPR art. 6(1)(b))
– Administration of registration and participation in events.
– Legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f))
– Sharing of participant lists, storage of history, general dialogue, and recording and use of photos/video in situations where individuals are not the main subject. A balancing of interests has been carried out and is available upon request.
– Consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a))
– Sending information about new or similar events if this does not result from legitimate interest. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting us.
4. Photo and video processing
We document events with photos and videos to highlight our activities and share highlights. Recordings are made on the basis of legitimate interest. We avoid focusing on individuals without voluntary consent. You can object or request the deletion of photos in which you are clearly visible.

7. Volunteering
Providing personal information is voluntary. Registrants can at any time opt out of sharing on participant lists, event mailings, or use of photos/videos.
8. Disclosure to third parties
Personal data is only shared with data processors such as IT operations, cloud storage, registration systems and email services. Participant lists are only shared when relevant to the event.
9. Retention period and deletion
Information is only stored for as long as necessary. Participant history is stored as long as we have an active relationship. Photos/video are stored until they are no longer relevant. Information is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer necessary.
10. Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, data portability and object. Inquiries will be answered within 30 days. You can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (www.datatilsynet.no).
11. Securing information
Personal data is secured through password protection, access control, and technical and organizational measures.
