Office building and hotel in the business park

Eide Bygg & Anlegg is located in Haugaland Næringspark, and delivers barracks rigs and turnkey modular buildings throughout the country. They see great potential in new establishments in the park.

Eide Bygg & Anlegg was established in 1991, and was previously located at Kvala and Raglamyr in Haugesund. Since 2022, they have been co-located on their own site in Haugaland Næringspark, after initially renting space here.

Office buildings for new establishments

– Regionally, this is a fantastic place, and a very good starting point to serve the whole country from. We see great potential in being located here – also because a lot of exciting things will happen inside the park itself. We want to contribute to this development and can offer cost-effective barracks and office buildings for new establishments, both temporary and permanent, as well as camps, delivered, assembled and connected with simple steps, says General Manager Alexander Hellesen.

Own resort hotel in the park

Eide Bygg & Anlegg already has its own site hotel, Camp Haugaland, inside the Haugaland Business Park. Here they offer accommodation with full catering to companies that need it.

– These are standardized buildings that consist of modules and contain bedrooms with private bathrooms, wardrobes, a large canteen, gym and TV room. Everything you need when you are on a business trip. And of course we have free parking for the residents, says Hellesen.

The company itself has 12 employees, and uses the facility in the park for storage, maintenance and upgrading of the modules. Regionally, they have delivered modular buildings to, among others, Gard School, Hydro Aluminium, the E134 Røldal-Seljestad tunnel, the new Deep Ocean building at Sørhaug in the city center, to various players in Aksdal Næringspark and many more.

Modular buildings have a low carbon footprint, partly due to reuse and reduced production emissions, as well as the reuse of materials. The modules are manufactured efficiently in factories, and after the co-location, transport-related emissions have been reduced considerably.
