Risa is one of the country's largest family-owned construction contractors, and is now investing heavily in Haugalandet!
- "We are pleased to announce that we are making a long-term commitment to Haugalandet with a state-of-the-art combination building. The new building is a strategic investment and will strengthen our presence in the region, with a central location at Haugalandet Næringspark along the E39," says Managing Director of Risa AS, Bjørn Risa.
- "We're really looking forward to new office facilities and a modern workshop under the same roof as both Rental One and Jostein Myge," says Jon Erlend Sørhaug, project manager at Risa AS Haugalandet.
Sustainable solutions
Risa's new signal building will be constructed on an 11,000 square meter part of Ølen Betong's property at the entrance to Haugaland Næringspark.
- "The new building is a 3,000 square meter combination building with solar cells on the roof and several energy wells, which contributes to the building's A energy rating, which shows our commitment to sustainability and environmentally friendly solutions," says Risa.
More operators are moving in
Of the 3,000 square meters, 1,800 square meters will be a hall and 1,100 square meters will be used for offices. The new building will be the headquarters for Risa AS in Haugalandet, as well as Rental.one and Jostein Myge. Vest Entreprenør will build the Risa building, and it is scheduled to open on August 3, 2024.
- "We're delighted that more and more companies are contributing to activity and choosing to move into Haugaland Næringspark. We now have two beautiful signal buildings at the entrance to the park with exciting players who see Haugalandet as an important region for the future," says Tiril Fjeld, general manager of Haugaland Næringspark.
Risa AS is one of the country's largest construction contractors, and a solid knowledge company with around 550 skilled employees and 60 apprentices. The company has one of the country's most modern machine and equipment parks, and carries out assignments all over the country.
