The business park is located just outside the municipality of Haugesund, between Bergen and Stavanger where E39 crosses E134, the main connection to the eastern part of Norway. When you add the access to deep water quay, the park is unique from a logistical point of view.

Statnett have applied for concession to develope a new 420 kV powerline, to Haugalandet. The new powerline will connect to a brand new transformer station, placed inside Haugaland Næringspark. In other words, a power supply of whopping 500 MW in pure green, Norwegian hydropower.
